Fosbery, Holland & Holland, and the Paradox”, p. 276. With rifle choked barrels signed “HOLLAND & HOLLAND. 98, NEW BOND STREET, LONDON” and inscribed “NITRO-PARADX.” Bead front sight with flip-up moon-sight and file cut matted quarter rib with two leaf rear sight graduated to 100 yards. Treble grip action with removable firing pin bushings and engraved “ROYAL HAMMERLESS EJECTOR” on the underside, with toplever engraved “PATENT EJECTOR”, automatic safety with gold inlaid “SAFE”, long upper strap, checkered front trigger, side locks signed “HOLLAND & HOLLAND” with gold inlaid cocking indicators. Finely engraved with Holland & Holland scrollwork. London nitro proof marks. Well-figured 15" walnut semi-pistol grip stock with checkered butt, grip and forearm, and Anson push button release.
