The 14.5 JDJ cartridge is based on the standard .50 BMG with the neck opened to accept the SSK 1,173 grain solid brass 14.5mm bullet. This round is large enough that SSK Industries had to get a "Non Destructive Device Exemption" from the ATF for it. With folding adjustable bipod, approximately 130 14.5mm bullets (no shell casings), and reloading dies.
