Bore Condition: The bore is mostly bright with some spotting and distinct rifling.
Description:

Factory letter states revolver was shipped to Colt's London Agency, London England, on December 8, 1887 with a 5 1/2 inch barrel in .45 caliber, nickel finish, and type of stocks not listed. This was a 50 gun shipment. The barrel has the Colt London address stamped on top, rear face of replacement cylinder numbered "26/1/L." British proofed. Provenance: The Charles Marx Collection

Rating Definition:

Very fine with original finish, some pitting, some softened checkering on the replacement grips. Mechanically fine.
