Colt Model 1860 Army Percussion Revolver Attributed as Carried by a Civil War Confederate Soldier

Manufactured in 1861, visible numbers match. Included is a letter (copy) that attributes the revolver to the Confederacy during the Civil War: ""The weapon was purchased directly out of the Sharp family of Columbia, TN and was carried in the Civil War by one of their Confederate ancestors." The letter is handwritten by Civil War dealer Larry Hicklen of Murfreesboro, TN.
