Manufactured in the early 19th century. "D/No 26" marked lock. Provenance: The Malcolm B. Troup, Captain, US Army, Retired Collection

ConditionPoor with gray and brown patina, broken jaw screw, absent top jaw, worm eaten stock with splices and cracks, dented muzzle, and moderate wear. Mechanically fine.

ConditionFair with silver-gray patina and pitting on the iron, aged patina on the brass mounts, added brass straps to the stock along with cracks, and moderate wear. Mechanically fine.
