Winchester Model 64 Deluxe Lever Action Rifle

Manufactured in 1949. This deluxe version of the Model 64 rifle features a hooded ramp front sight and an adjustable rear buckhorn rear sight. Standard barrel markings with the upper tang unmarked. Factory proofs present on the barrel and receiver. Checkered forearm and pistol grip stock, with sling swivels, factory hard rubber pistol grip cap, forend cap and a checkered steel buttplate.

ConditionExcellent. The rifle retains 98% original blue finish with some minor muzzle wear, some scattered minor scratches (a few deeper scratches on the upper tang), and some minor edge wear. The frame is showing a faint plum patina (mostly on the right side). The buttplate has limited minor spotting and a few minor nicks along the edges. There is a hairline crack near the grip cap, otherwise the wood is very fine with some minor scratches (mostly on the buttstock). The checkering is crisp. Mechanically excellent.
