Winchester Model 1890 Slide Action Rifle Chambered for 22 WRF

This Third Model 1890 rifle was manufactured in 1911 and chambered for the 22 WRF cartridge. It has a blade front sight and a Marbles tang peep sight, with the rear barrel sight removed (a Marbles NO. 3 filler block has been added). Twelve groove forearm and smooth straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.

ConditionFine as partially refinished. The barrel and magazine tube retain approximately 80% original blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina with some minor spotting. The refinished frame and buttplate retain 20% of blue finish with the balance a smooth brown patina. The freshened wood is good with some minor dings and scratches. Mechanically excellent.
