Fine, retaining much of the original finish with some light edge wear, thinning on the balance with silvering on the receiver and barrel, some patches of brown and grey patinas, a few minor patches of freckling, and minor handling marks. The furniture is also fine as sanded and re-oiled with a loose butt, some cracking on the right of the butt, defined checkering, and attractive wood grain.
