20,601 of these carbines were manufactured c. 1862-1865. 1st Arkansas Union cavalry marking on top of barrel at the breech: "I/ARK/L."

Rating Definition:

Fair overall with a brown-gray patina, pitting, wood with dings and scratches and repair at toe. Mechanically excellent.
