Manufactured between 1943 and 1949, this rifle features a hooded ramp blade front sight, filler block in the rear sight slot, standard barrel markings and a bolt mounted adjustable peep sight. Smooth pistol grip stock, with a half length magazine, metal forearm cap and a checkered flat steel buttplate.

Very good, with 40% of the much faded original blue finish remaining, showing a brown patina on the balance, bright edge wear and scattered handling marks. The top bolt peep sight screw is missing. The stock is also very good, with some dents, scuffs and varnish loss. Mechanically excellent.
