Manufactured in 1915. The left side of the barrel towards the breech is stamped with the two line nickel steel marking and "30 ARMY" with the factory proof on top of the barrel and receiver. The left side of the receiver has the two line address/patent date marking with the three line model/trade mark information on the upper tang. Front blade sight, elevation adjustable rear sight and smooth forearm with ebony tip insert and straight grip stock with crescent buttplate.
