Manufactured in 1925, this Model 92 has the two-line address on the right side of the barrel below the rear sight and the model, trademark, and caliber markings on the left side. The receiver and barrel both have the Winchester proof mark. The upper tang is marked "MODEL 92/-WINCHESTER-/TRADE MARK REG. US PAT OFF & FGN.", and the serial number is on the bottom of the receiver. It features a pinned blade front sight, folding ladder rear sight graduated to 20, full length magazine, saddle ring on the left side rear of the receiver, and is mounted with a smooth walnut forearm and straight grip stock with a steel carbine buttplate.

Excellent. The rifle retains 97% plus of the original blue finish with some spots of light brown patina and a few scratches and light handling marks overall. The wood is also excellent with exceptional raised feathered grain and only handling/storage type marks. The action is excellent, and the markings are clear.
