Manufactured in 1919 and subsequently embellished with a Winchester style engraving. Consignor states the engraving was done by John Adams. The engraving is on the receiver and consists of scrollwork, scalloped borders, and a stag scene inside a circle panel. Dovetailed blade and elevation adjustable sights, standard Winchester markings, and crescent buttplate.

Fine as custom embellished, retaining 99% custom blue finish and showing a moderate ding on the underside of the stock, otherwise minimal handling evidence. Mechanically excellent.
