Thus, of an estimated 4,500 Adams Patent Pocket Revolvers manufactured by the Mass. Arms Co., this is one of approximately 100 reportedly made in this configuration. Other than the scarce barrel configuration, it has the standard markings and features. It comes in a hardwood case with an Eley Bros. cap tin marked for "ADAMS PATENT REVOLVERS," a Mass. Arms Co. pocket powder flask, and a dual cavity bullet mold.
