German silver blade front and standard fixed notch rear sights on the earl 24 3/8 inch barrel with first style barrel inscription with the "broken D" in manufactured, "22 LONG." caliber marking on the upper flat at the breech, Winchester proofs correctly absent, first model solid frame receiver, and standard three-line maker, model, and patent marking on the upper tang. 12 groove slide handle and plain walnut straight grip stock with casehardened crescent buttplate.
