Browning's Last Legacy" by Ned Schwing only 256 "C" Grade exhibition guns were manufactured, 133 of which were twelve gauge. Dual white bead sights on the matte vent rib barrels with 2 3/4 inch chambers, automatic ejectors, fancy script font barrel markings, choke tube system (improved cylinder/modified installed), and matching numbers throughout. The coin gray receiver features full coverage broad leaf and floral patterns over tight scroll designs with the signature "JEAN H. DIET" at the lower left side. The trigger guard and tangs are engraved to match with a checkered single trigger, matching engraved break lever, sliding safety/selector, gold inlaid selector and safe markings. Fancy figured, checkered walnut pistol grip stock and Schnabel forearm with engraved fittings, and solid decelerator recoil pad. With leather bound Browning takedown case and cased set of five Browning Invector DS choke tubes, with two extra gold washed triggers (not compatible with this shotgun). Stock measurements are: drop at comb 1 1/2 inches; drop at heel 2 1/8 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with 97% plus original blue finish on the barrels, some areas of light edge wear, handling marks, and some small scattered surface scratches. The receiver engraving is crisp and detailed. The wood is also excellent with sharp checkering, some small scattered dings, and light surface scratches. Mechanically excellent. Case is very good with some exterior scuffs and scratches.
