Blade and semi-buckhorn sights, two line address and patent markings on top of the barrel, "CD" date code on left side breech, model and serial number markings on left side of the frame, and "68464/Peace Officer Equipment Co/St. Joseph-Mo./Pat.Pend./15" on the matching numbered magazine. Beavertail forearm, smooth straight wrist stock, and a serrated buttplate.
