Blued Krupp Fluid Steel barrels with dual white bead sights on the matted, concave solid rib, 1 7/8 inch wedges of floral engraving at either breech, and chambers measured at 2 3/4 inches with automatic ejectors. The casehardened action display the standard XE Grade engraving consisting of floral foliage engraving surrounding three game scenes as well as "ANSLEY H. FOX" on either side. The left side has a pair of grouse in flight, the right has a pair of mallards in flight, and the underside shows a fox in a field scene. The gun features the desirable single selective trigger and a tang mounted manual safety switch with gold inlaid "SAFE". Nicely figured, multi-point checkered splinter forend with engraved fittings and a horn tip inlay as well as the round knob pistol grip stock with checkered flat and serrated horn buttplate.
