The casehardened backaction locks and receiver display light scroll engraving as well as a roebuck on the left lockplate and a pair of mallards on the right. The gun features rebounding hammers and double triggers. Lightly figured, fully checkered forend with engraved fittings, including the rotary latch release and pistol grip stock with oak leaf carving, white bone inlaid "EEP" and running deer, horn grip cap, raised cheek piece, and steel buttplate.
