Originally manufactured by IMI and imported by Action Arms as a semi-automatic carbine, this UZI was upgraded by Billistics(sic) Incorporated of Wallingford, CT, to a full auto SMG compatible with military-style bolts. Post front and two-leaf peep rear sights, with the Billistics address added to the underside and "SMG UZI" on the left side of the frame, with an "A R S" marked selector assembly. Internally, the restrictor plate that blocks the operation of a full auto bolt has been removed, though the barrel support collar that prevents the installation of unmodified factory SMG barrels is still present.
