How does bidding work in RIAC On Time?

All items will display a “Starting Bid” or “Current Bid.” This is the current high bid for that lot.
To place a bid on an item, you may select “Next Bid” or “Max Bid”

Next Bid: Clicking next bid will place a bid one bid increment higher than the current bid.

Max Bid: Click and enter your maximum bid for the lot. Max bid will bid on your behalf the minimum amount required for you to win the lot, up to your maximum bid. It is possible to win a lot for less than your “Max Bid.”

After placing your bid, you will immediately see a notification indicating if you have been outbid, or if you are the high bidder. If you are the high bidder, you will also see your maximum bid.
